Split payment options

We offer two payment plans.

For our six- to 12-month courses, you can pay a 50% deposit of the course fee and the remaining amount needs to be paid upon the following month end.

For our 24-month courses, we accept three payments of the course fee: a 50% deposit to get started on the course and then two 25% payments over the next three months.

Let us know on your enrolment form if you want to pay off your fee, and we will invoice accordingly.

We accept these methods of payment:

  1. Internet Banking/ Electronic transfer. We will provide our banking details on your invoice. E-mail us the receipt of payment and start your course straight away. This is our prefered method of payment – we pay less fees!
  2. Payfast: This is an electronic instant payment option. It allows payments with credit cards, debit cards and a number of other third party options such as store cards and Mobicred.
  3. Direct Deposit: You can also go to your bank and do the transaction over the counter and then email us the proof of payment.

These details, as well as our account details, are on the invoice you will receive once your application is approved.

Our Refund Policy

If within seven days of starting your course you are not happy on your course, we can either transfer you to a different course or provide a full refund.

If you request a refund after seven days and before 30 days we will charge a 5% administrative fee, as well as any bank fees and tutor fees already incurred.

We do not offer a refund after 30 days on the course.
